My inspiration to cook comes from several sources. Firstly, my maternal grandmother played a significant role in my culinary journey. Her ability to create delicious, comforting meals with simple ingredients showed me the power of food to bring people together and create lasting memories. Watching her cook instilled in me a love for the process and an appreciation for traditional recipes. Additionally, renowned chefs like Julia Child and Gordon Ramsay have been major influences as well.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to cook is a chicken katsu. This dish combines several cooking techniques and ingredients that I love, from the marinades to the savory chicken cutlets.
