Who or what inspires you to cook?

I get inspired to cook to see people smile when they are eating authentic 1950’s flavored enchiladas. Then they tell me these are delicious! Also, when I am cooking it like I hear music and get a rhythm to prepare the sauce and flavor it. Cooking is an art with right proportions to get authentic flavor. It also relaxes me that my serotonin levels of happiness, satisfaction, and to reach the point of Euphoria. Also, when I used to see my father cook to show me he was always happy to cook.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

My all time favorite dish to make is the authentic 1950’s flavored enchiladas plate.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000 I would buy a food trailer to go cook for the homeless shelters and nursing homes to prepare them my authentic 1950’s enchilada plate. I would like to see them happy when I go cook for them so they can enjoy a “Taste of Home” authentic 1950’s flavored enchiladas.
