my family history inspires me to cook. i was in culinary school when i found out that my grandfather & great grandfather were both chefs. since then i feel it runs in my blood. i want to become the favorite chef, be a innovative chef & constantly push culinary norms to make them proud.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?its hard to pick one favorite. my catering company is called LaDeeDa which coincidentally also sums up my attitude while im in the kitchen. its not what im making, just happy to be making anything
