What's your all time favorite dish to make?This is a very hard question. I love cooking so many things. Soul food and a twist on soul food has been my recent obsession. Traditional gumbo like I cooked with my dad or Thai inspired gumbo made with coconut milk and Thai spices. I lived in Mexico so I love tamales, but I also make Somales which is all the thanksgiving meal in a tamale husk. Chicken lime garlic chicken. You asked for one but just did a 10 course dinner party of my favorite things to cook. Shrimp po boys is also a fan favorite
What would you do with the $25,000?I have 3 passions. Inventing products, hosting dinner parties for family and friends and giving back to my creative community. I would invest equally into all 3 areas. The later would be giving a scholarship to a student of color towards a creative field. All 3 would bring me enormous joy.
