I grow up eating food that came from mother's garden or the food pantry we never had much for groceries. Seeing my mom in the kitchen every night making nothing from something always made me curious. Seemed as if she could trun a bag of rice and canned salmon into a four course meal. She would always say we lived on the inflated dollar. Meaning every last grain of rice had to stretch to feed our hungry family of six. She never left us hungry even when we had nothing.

I think my favorite dish of all times has to be cinnamon rolls. There's nothing like a warm fluffy cinnamon sugar filled pastry topped with a smooth and creamy cream cheese frosting. When I started making my own I would play with flavors to make it my own. I developed dozens of cinnamon roll recipes including everything from banana pudding cinnamon rolls to ambrosia salad cinnamon rolls. I think cinnamon rolls just brings everyone back to there childhood the second you bit into one.

$25,000 would be life changing for me as 22 year old culinary school graduate. It would help me to pay off my degree, start my own mobile bakery. It'll also make it where I can pay off my medical bills from an old football injury. In the long run though it'll make it to where I'm able to help my family achieve there there goals.
