What's your all time favorite dish to make?Everyone knows me as the oyster guy and i have a lot of crazy oyster creations, but when it comes to the kitchen I'd say my herb crusted rack of lamb and grilled octopus
What would you do with the $25,000?I currently run a catering company and this would allow us to buy new equipment and be able to start a cool marketing package. Being able to reinvest in the catering would be a big help for the growth of the company
