My family really inspires me. We recently went through a tragic loss and that is what is driving me to be a better chef. I love to make people happy with my food and i would like to share that with the world.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish to make is for sure is arroz con pollo. I grew up eating that basically every waking day as a kid so now that im on my own i like to be reminded of home.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start my own business and name it in honor of my niece and nephew.
