What inspires me to cook is no matter how I'm feeling, it's a way for me to escape. Feeling down, happy, excited, sad, it doesn't matter. And I love seeing the reactions people get from trying my food.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?It's something so simple and easy it's almost kind of sad. But I always love making roast chicken. I try to change the flavor profile everytime though.
