Definitely my filet mignon with a shiitake mushroom, chipotle, Gorgonzola cream sauce! This almost got me on a cooking show to try to win my own cooking show…. Sooooo close! I also LOVE making Charcuterie boards and showcasing a variety of cheeses, meats and crudités! I also love making one -bite apps!
Who is your culinary inspiration?Hands down (or up) 🙌🏼 my parents and grandparents! I grew up in a “Foodie” environment and all our family would get together and try to out do each other! The creativity and delights we ate were delicious! I grew up knowing food is love. Grateful!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards opening a storefront. I would have charcuterie classes, cheese and wine pairings as well as tastings and sales! It would be a great way for me to show off my creative side!!
