Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandfather My family! Everyone cooks something different and has different inspirations.
What would you do with the $25,000?I live in Sierra Vista Arizona, we have lots of chain restaurants and not enough home cooked food restaurants. Diversify the food in our community to meet all the taste bud needs. Our community needs quality food and excellent customer service, which is where I would strive to ensure this happens. I would open a restaurant to deliver these two demands, I also would have my son in the kitchen so I can share my passion as well with him!
