Who or what inspires you to cook?

Me being my mother only boy the women in my family inspired me to cook, also my Caribbean side help me elevate my passion. Everyone that know me, say every time they see me in the kitchen or cooking it puts me in a calm head space. I love re-creating new dishes I have learn, My Friends, Family tell me everyday I should just open my food truck so they can come everyday. Also sometime I ask them send me a challenge to make that may seem difficult to execute, as long as my Mise en Place ill be fine

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Rasta Pasta, not only is it bright, green, yellow, red, orange (sweet pepper) Bell pepper, packed with herbs and spices and shredded chicken breast the aroma captivate your taste buds, the creamy texture from the sauce, and the tri- penne pasta. reduce some butter dry white wine pinot grigio, dry herbs, Chopped green onion( Scallions) fresh grated parmesan cheese, and also topped with a thin slice chicken breast. sometimes garlic bread fresh with compound butter or fry dumplings.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would be halve way toward my target of wanting to start my food truck, it a huge investment for me as well towards my goals.
