Receive Text UpdatesI was that crazy kid who used to rush home from school to watch Julia Child on PBS. She continues to be my inspiration to this day. I also love to explore different food cultures when I travel. This inspires me to explore new and unfamiliar ingredients and learn how to cook dishes from around the world.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Definitely my French onion soup! It takes two days, beef broth (sorry Julia!), and an entire bottle of red wine. The resulting soup has a wonderful depth of flavor, particularly when topped with toasted sourdough and a mountain of melted Gruyère cheese.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to write and publish a cookbook. I’ve been a professional writer in the health and wellness space for the past 30 years, but would love to branch out with a cookbook that includes tips and recipes for growing organic food and cooking delicious, healthy meals.
