What is your signature dish?

I have 3 signature item. The first sourdough with garlic, 3 cheeses. 2nd is Bacon and cheddar cheese pull apart bread, and 3rd is focaccia with oregano, Parmesan and garlic.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is my father. He was also a self taught bread baker that would cook bread and donuts for his 6 children.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would love to have either a food truck or brick and mortar store that I would operate with my sister. My sister makes and sells Homemade Bundt Pound cakes. Half of the bakery would be various breads (yeast/sourdough) and the other side pound cakes of various flavors.
