What is your signature dish?

Vegan Greek Pastitsio, using plant based meat filling and plant based Béchamel Sauce.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My Grandfather who was a Chef and had several Restaurants in the Philadelphia area, between 1915-1949. I always heard stories of him, and those stories inspired me to carry the legacy and his name.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would open a Vegan Restaurant and inclusive to all allergies. But also have traditional dishes.
