Who is your culinary inspiration?Julia Childs is an inspiration because of her strong commitment to succeed and help others succeed. She shared her passion for food with the world while always remaining true to herself. Her attention to detail and belief in doing things the right way, rather than taking shortcuts, made her a respected teacher and role model for aspiring chefs everywhere.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use some of the money to refurbish and update my classroom and continue to share the love of cooking with others.
