I had a idea of what my signature dish was until i spoke to my wife. I thought it would be beef and spinach Wellington with gravy but she said out of everything ive ever made the best dish she has had was my salmon. Im shocked because out of everything i make this is the one i cant taste (im allergic to fish/ shellfish) but i can cook it all. Apparently pretty good after getting others opinions also.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I grew up watching Emeril Lagasi and Chef Justin Chef lydia with my grandma, who would try out there recipes. My Mom and Aunt Tara are my inspirations now they are book awesome home cooks that like to try different things in the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?Reset my life. I have recently fallen on some financial hardship and the walls sometimes seem to be crashing in. But we keep putting one foot in front of thee other. The money would give me a much needed reset and launch my career as Celebrity Favorite Chef.
