Who is your culinary inspiration?My father who is an amazing cook. While growing up he made amazing meals for anytime of the day. He is 81 years old and still jumps in the kitchen and helps make orders when our restaurant is busy.
What would you do with the $25,000?We would make upgrades to our restaurant to serve our community better.
