Who is your culinary inspiration?My great grand mother Mrs Blanche L Cook.. She cooked at Tulane University 20+yrs. She gave me the skills of the kitchen at 5yrs old.When I cook I kno she always with me.I cook for a Middle school myself oh baby they love everything I prepare.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to have my own food truck business or a building for a brunch lunch theme..To give back to the community an youth.
