Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish would be quite a few of them, but if I had to take one, I would definitely say it is a summer dish something that was inspired from the tree in my own neighborhood . It’s my spicy grilled mango salad.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have never had just one chef that inspired me I have learned from so many through my years in culinary….the one who is the closest one to me would be Chef Jojo Torres.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use that money to help me invest in a food truck. I would love to be a vendor at different locations around South Florida during events, fairs, carnivals and music events. You name it… I want to be there.
