I would say I don’t have a specific signature dish. However, I do enjoy doing things in a smoker or on a grill is probably my best forte.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My original culinary inspirations. Would have to be my mother and my grandmother’s cause that is where I initially learned to cook and found my love of food although another one would definitely have to be the frugal gourmet.
What would you do with the $25,000?With a 25,000 I would pay off some personal debt. Possibly revamp my kitchen. Help some family members. I also would put some money into my other passion project away from the kitchen helping people with Special -needs get the service’s and help they need.
