I honestly dont have a signature dish because I cook based on the occasion and necessity..LOL. However my favorite dishes are Shrimp with cheese grits, or Hamburger steak with onion gravy homemade red skin mash potatoes with fried cabbage cooked with onions and bacon.

What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay of some bills. Donate a small portion to American Legion Auxiliary, and take my mom on a trip. Then have a girls day with my closest girlfriends.
