My signature dish is cheesecake any flavor, I always get asked to make it and family and friends never stop raving about it. But, if we’re talking savory, it would have be turkey meatloaf. I always get asked how do get it to be so juicy and flavorful, my response, if I tell you I’d have to… you know the rest lol.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Martha Stewart! She is absolutely amazing and so talented in all the ways from cooking, baking, design, and a great storyteller. Truly a beast, no one could compare.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have a vision to open a bakery Cafe right here in Detroit. Exclusive to Detroit, a staple if you will and family owned. I want to give my city something they didn’t know they were missing. A place where grit becomes beauty and passion becomes legacy
