I don't really have one I like to make different things that challenge me constantly. It's what keeps me learning and keeps my skills sharp.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Matty Maethson, he's canadian chef that makes social media content after his years in the trenches. His stories of how he struggled with addiction and how much he loves his family is what drew me towards him. He's also got a wild zany side that allows me to connect with his content on a very comforting level.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off a large chunk of my culinary tuition so I didn't have to worry about it as much.
