Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish isn't just one dish. Every Valentines Day, I cook each one of my children, their spouses, my husband, and my parents their favorite food item. As our family grows, so does the menu! At this point, our dinner is 9 courses long and everything is made completely from scratch. Lobster bisque topped with grilled lobster and crostini that has been toasted with garlic confi, Ceasar salad, mini sliders with a bacon jam and avocado creme, grilled garlic butter artichokes....
Who is your culinary inspiration?My family and friends are what inspires my culinary exploits, but as far as chefs are concerned, I love watching Chef Carla, Ina Garten and Erin French! You can feel the love of food coming through and it makes me just so excited to go into my kitchen and create!
What would you do with the $25,000?Wow, what a loaded question! The one part of me says, "Go on a Vacation girl!" Or buy my dream oven, maybe a camping trailer... But I am also the wife to a wonderful man with a lot of complex medical issues that have drained (and then some) our finances. So maybe a get away for our family and the rest for some bills.
