Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the home cooks and chefs who preserve traditions while embracing creativity. I admire chefs who let ingredients shine and create meaningful experiences around the table. Traveling through places like Italy, France, Turkey, Mexic, Japon, Iran and … and exploring different food cultures has shaped my approach to cooking, blending authenticity, hospitality, and innovation.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into growing my personal chef and catering business. The funds would help purchase professional equipment, expand marketing, secure commercial kitchen access, and develop new menu offerings. As an immigrant entrepreneur, this investment would allow me to serve more clients, create jobs, and share the flavors and hospitality of my culture with a wider community.
