Who is your culinary inspiration?I've never really had a single inspiration when it comes to my cooking. I've always had a passion for cooking as long as I can remember so I find different styles and flavors that I like from different chefs and use them as inspiration to fuel my own culinary imagination.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it back into my passion by redoing my outdated appliances and getting actual cookware so I'm able to continue cooking for my community and the people i love.
