What is your signature dish?

I would say my signature isn’t a dish but a multi course meal. After cooking many weddings and tasting themed menus I have discovered my signature in the execution of small bites and displays that are all revolutionary. Example melon tree. Melon spheres Compressed with infusions and displayed on a tree. Edible thread connects spheres honey, matcha, miso caramel, pistachio are just a few of the garnishes. Purpose: display for gala.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Tony Anderson he was my head chef at a resort I worked events at in Montana. He lives in Michigan.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would open a bakery, write a cook book, teach other chefs and start culinary education avenues to better the industry. I would donate bread and start a non profit to give back to my community. I would invest in platewear and launch a business that supplies home with fresh bread and delicious veg prepared meals at my clients fingertips. I would invest in my catering company and get my mom a trip to Hawaii.
