What is your signature dish?

Reversed seared filet mignon with celeriac puree and a frisée salad with tangerine fennel vinaigrette (including roasted tangerine slices)

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Jacques Pepin “taught” me how to cook on PBS and now I get inspired by Christopher Kimball bringing dishes from across the globe into an everyday kitchen.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would love to create a cookbook/youtube channel for college dorm cooking. I’ve been FaceTime cooking with my son at times only using an electric pot and a microwave. Eating healthy during that time of life is incredibly important.
