Home Made Italian pasta and American BBQ are my two favorite cuisines to cook. This Inspired from passion for cooking and a family Italian heritage and generational recipes that go’s back well over 200 years.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandparents taught me the true essence of how to cook with love, But now my inspiration has grown and I now cook for another purpose. I cook for Jesus, the past 6 years I have been serving and cooking for my community and ministry all across central Florida, this has become a new love and passion for me and I have expanded my knowledge and ability to cook for many types of different cultures. I have cooked American BBQ, Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Jamaican, Bohemian, and many other dishes.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to open a newly designed Italian concept highlighting the traditions of my family’s heritage bringing a newly innovated Italian concept to market.
