I cook all types of cuisines, the one people are loving right now is a Chipotle marinated grilled chicken served over roasted street corn topped with an avocado/cilantro crema drizzle sprinkled with chopped green onions.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother, whom I lost last year. I didn’t listen to her when I was I was in high school. She tried to get me to attend culinary school but I did not. I didn’t realized how much I loved to cook until later in life. The moral of the story is listen to your mother.
What would you do with the $25,000?Right now we have a food booth where we cook at festivals, fair and community events. With this prize money we would invest in a food truck.
