Who is your culinary inspiration?Home, comfort, and good tasting food. I learned to cook at an early age and continued to experiment until I understood flavor profiles. I love trying new recipes, making them and tasting them. Seeing my friends and family's reaction keeps my motivation high.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to start a catering and food truck business. I have dreamt of how to get out of my 9-5 and into my passion. Cooking my way, making others smile.
