What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is smothered chicken & rice. I asked my family and they say I slam whatever dish I put my hands on.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

The chefs on the food network. Paul Dean for her down home southern cooking. Also Barefoot Contessa and Emeril. My ultimate inspiration was my godmother that always told me to cook from my heart and soul.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would up grade my catering equipment to be more adaptable to all events. I would also like to market my business more.
