I find this question the hardest question for me to answer. Of course, soul food is what I am most comfortable serving however, my signature dish would have to be salmon meatballs with a avocado aioli.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my grandmother who passed away in 2023, and Executive Chef Ni from Cathedral Kitchen located in Camden, NJ.
What would you do with the $25,000?First and foremost, $2.5k will go towards tithes and offering at Faith Tabernacle Community Church located in Clayton, NJ, $15k would go towards a down-payment to mortgage a home for my children and I, and donate $7.5k to Women Builders of Confidence nonprofit organization to ensure the funds will go towards serving the less fortunate hot/cold fresh meals and providing them with toiletries.
