I have a couple go to's. I like to learn new flavors and ingredients. Sweet and sour cabbage rolls I learned from Ina Garten Years ago.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Nana started me early in the kitchen with tried and true Italian recipes. My mother's have all taught me tricks here and there. I love So many Cooking Shows and celebrity chefs.
What would you do with the $25,000?The dream is to share my gift on a national scale and feed as many people as I can for as long as I can.
