What's your all time favorite dish to make?Despite my passion for burgers, I enjoy so much “surf n turf” and molecular gastronomy.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to start my own business, a small and peculiar restaurant, conjoining luxury and simplicity with a fine and creative menu that combines hamburgers with local food with seasonal ingredients.
