When I was 15 I got a dishwasher job at a country club and would do whatever the chef asked of me. It was amazing seeing from start to finish the dishes that would take form and the joy it brought those on the receiving end. It was also really inspiring to witness the respect and admiration everyone had for the chef. I knew after a short time this was a career that would bring me fulfillment
