How long have you been cooking?

I’ve been cooking since freshman year of high school which was 2005. Attended LeCordon Bleu for further knowledge, obtained an associate of science in Culinary Arts May 2013. I’m still cooking til this day

What is your signature dish?

Comfort food the dishes you look for when you think of home. If I had 2 choose it would be my Baked Mac N Cheese everyone loves it.

What will you do with the $50,000?

I would love to start my own business I’ve worked for so many restaurants an I’m beyond ready to create my own dishes for CHICAGO to love.
