I have been cooking since I was a little girl, I've always been fascinated by watching my parents cook but mostly watched my mother cook i have learned so much from her. The last 5 years I've dedicated my career into learning more about the kitchen and what it takes to run one.
Chicken Enchiladas in red chili sauce, which I have perfected over the years.
I will use the money to open a small breakfast cafe, farm to table to help local farmers in my area. Make tasty food, with fresh ingredients and amazing coffee is my main goal.
