Sous vide duck breast , truffle & Black garlic purée, roasted Purple potatoes in duck fat, Crispy hen of the woods mushrooms & Black garlic Marsala Sauce. And a Collard Green leaf wrapped grouper with smoked tomato bisque, crispy bbq spice frites.
