I would start with my goal of purchasing a food truck. This would allow me the opportunity to sell food as well as feed the homeless .

I have been serious about cooking for the past thirteen years but have been cooking all my life.
My signature dish I don’t have just one but I would have to say my chicken stir fry ,or is it my brisket, or my turkey or beef pastrami I would have to let you decide . P.S. I Love sandwiches all types of sandwiches breakfast, lunch , dinner .
I will try to get me a food truck ,pay some bills , and maybe a family vacation , definitely feed the less fortunate , and under privileged.
