I want to use the funds to update and add equipment in our small restaurant and to be able to get a food trailer or truck.
I have been in the kitchen both home and restaurant for 12+years now and have loved everyday of it. Cooking is a skill with so many unfounded possibilities that we learn on a daily!
Anything that consists of our signature Tri-tip or Jerk chicken Entrees.
I would use it to purchase new restaurant equipment for our new small restaurant and a food truck/trailer. Also I would donate the rest to other local chefs that have the passion trying to make their dream come true!
