I started cooking at the age of 13 with my mother, she taught me some of my country typical dishes. I moved to New York when I was 19 where I got a job in a kitchen where I discovered my passion for food
The Patacon fusion sandwich, a hispanic sandwich made with two fried plantains instead of bread with some asian flavor meats such as korean bbq or five spice pork, toped with a slaw to add some hispanic flare.
With this money I will set in motion my plans to open my restaurant or food truck where I’ll be serving my Patacon fusion among other fusion creations.
