I have been cooking for 22 years. I started very young and come from a family of great cooks. Throughout the years my cooking styles and signature recipes have changed but I have always focused on growing my cooking skill set. Before I started my business in 2019 I was already known as a great cook to my friends, family, & co-workers!
My Lion Wings, which are Oyster Mushrooms air-fried in organic flour and seasonings. Made to look like and mimic the taste of a crispy yet juicy piece of chicken, this dish is pleasing to both Vegan & Non- Vegans!
I plan to reinvest into my company as well as give back to my community. With the money I could pay my commercial kitchen rent, state business fees, hire a much needed employee, buy more advertising, & get new cooking supplies. I also plan to invest in my community garden, as well as continue to feed the homeless in my area.
