How long have you been cooking?

I have been cooking for 20 plus years. I started when I was 9 years old, and over the years, I have been working on getting better at cooking. My grandmother, great aunt and mommy took the time to teach me how to cook. I'm still learning but it is my passion for cooking that makes people fall in love with my dishes.

What is your signature dish?

One of my signature dishes is baked Turkey wings with a sauté onion gravy, white rice and corn.

What will you do with the $50,000?

If I won $50,000 I would use the money to live out my love for cooking, by opening up a food truck business. I want to have different food trucks located in different areas. I know I have to start with one food truck to expose my business. I want be able to share my talent of many multicultural dishes with having this food truck.
