Although I'm not a professional chef, I believe home cook talent should not be overlooked! I want to share my story and heritage with you!
I've been cooking for about 8 years now! Started out of necessity in college but quickly found it was my passion!
I don't consider any single recipe my "signature," however the two dishes I get asked for the most are my Modern Steak and Potatoes and my Sunny Scallop Pasta!
I would love to save them and put them towards my girlfriend's and my dream kitchen at our future house! I am fortunate enough to have a career that I love and get to help tons of people daily; but if the Bon Appétit readers like my cooking I would love to start some kind of food vlog from my dream kitchen!
