I’ve been cooking since my college days, roughly 10 years now. I have managed several corporate kitchens including Torchys Tacos and Johnny Carinos Italian Food in addition to starting my own private catering business, “Quice Eatz”
If you were to ask my customers, there’s nothing that isn’t a signature dish. I am known for my Cajun Pasta and southern driven dishes like Collard Greens with Smoked Pork Bites.
I’ve managed and grown so many concepts throughout Texas, with no equity in these companies to show for it. This money would be the lifeline I need to open my restaurant and continue showing why I’m the FAVCHEF!
