How long have you been cooking?

I have been cooking since I was 11 years old. It started by helping my grandmother and aunt make Italian Christmas cookies. From there I became interested in savory dishes. Around the age of 19, I became confident making different recipes and then developing some of my own. I cook both Italian and Spanish (European) dishes.

What is your signature dish?

I have a few signature dishes. My friends and family enjoy my Italian dishes as well as my Spanish dishes. The one I enjoy making the most is Spanish Paella.

What will you do with the $50,000?

I would love to help my boys with their college expenses.
