How long have you been cooking?

33 years of cooking ! Wow now I’ve certainly aged myself !!! I love creating recipes and adding my signature touches !

What is your signature dish?

My Filet Mignon Crostini —- it is the perfect mouthful of food :) But my Coconut Dressing is a close second .

What will you do with the $50,000?

I need 2 new freezers and by staying open through COVID we have incited some hefty debt .. I will be paying off some of that, buying the freezers and I found a young girl that needs a car so she can work ... I’d like to help her .
