I have been cooking since I was about 8 years old.
My signature dish is Pork Loin Roulade with Butternut Squash & Pumpkin Mash & Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Hazelnuts, & Balsamic Reduction.
I would invest the $20,000 in a catering space and equipment, and continue writing my cookbook.
