I’m most well known for my pancake art for kids, but in my opinion the best skill I have in the kitchen is my sauce. My restaurant is fast paced, and often times a sauce on the fly really ramps up a dishes potential. My hollandaise, beurre blanc, and charred tomato salsa are definitely some crowd favorites.
My wife and I met at our restaurant five years ago through the ticket window, with the money I’d love to take her on a globe trotting food tour of a honeymoon.
